Warranty

• Warranty does not cover software related problems, accidental damage, or misuse.
• For faults covered under warranty within the first 60 days, return postage charges (from us to you) will be covered.

Payment Options

Pay on Pickup: All major cards and cash accepted. A 1.3% Surcharge applies to American Express cards.

PayPal: Payments from Visa, MasterCard and Pre-registered bank accounts. Please be aware that payments from your bank account using PayPal (ie. eCheque) usually take 3-5 days to clear. Please note, PayPal payments are not accepted if you're picking up your item (PayPal seller protection requires sellers to post the item), and PayPal may not be offered on some listings (such as bulk lots).

Bpay: Payment from your Visa, MasterCard or bank accounts. Payments using Bpay are treated as purchases (not cash advance) so you can make use of any available interest free days or rewards programs on your credit card. Bpay is supported by most Australian Banks and payments can be made through internet banking, or phone banking. In order to make your payment, you need a Biller Code: 33803 and a unique Reference Number which is provided upon request. Call us on 1300 500 302 or (02) 9898 9531 during business hours or via email to request your Bpay reference number. Minimum limit: $100, Maximum limit: $10000.

Direct Deposit: Account details are automatically provided by eBay at the time of checkout. Payments can be made through your bank's internet banking or phone banking system, or at any Westpac branch. Please use your eBay User ID as your payment reference so that we can easily identify your payment. Please do not use your item number as this number is not unique. Please note, if making your payment at a branch, the bank may only accept a numerical reference number; please use your 4 digit post code as your payment reference.

Cheque/Money Order: please make payable to "Arvandtech Pty Ltd" and address to: PO Box 208, Rydalmere BC, NSW 1701. Please also mark the back of the Cheque/money order with your eBay User ID so that we can easily identify your payment. Please note, cheques (including money order and bank cheques) are subject to clearance which takes a minimum of 3 days once received & banked.

Postage & Handling

• Please provide a street address. No PO Box addresses, unless with prior arrangement.
• If paying via PayPal, local pickup is not allowed. PayPal seller protection requires sellers to post the item.
• We cannot change the shipping address after you make a payment via PayPal (in accordance with PayPal's seller protection policy).
• Couriers cannot provide specific day and time of delivery. Couriers require customers to be available to sign for goods being delivered.
• We have no control over and cannot guarantee services provided by shipping companies and delays may occur at times.
• Delivery to most locations is via Couriers-Please, and some locations via registered post.
• We reserve the right to ship via Courier or Australia Post depending on serviceability and location.
• For your peace of mind, courier deliveries are insured and Australia post deliveries are registered.
• Postage charges are usually based on Australia Post parcel rates, regardless of delivery method used.
