Warranty:

• 12 months (new systems) and 3 months (refurbished systems) back to base replacement warranty, parts and labour, Unless and otherwise stated.



• Refurbished Laptops come under 3 months back to base replacement warranty,parts and labour, Unless otherwise stated.



• New Laptops/notebooks/netbooks come under manufacturers' warranty, terms and conditions, Unless otherwise stated.



• Warranty covers hardware related problems only.



• Warranty does not cover things like accidental damage or misuse.



• Damage or loss occurring during transit is not our responsibility, but insurance is provided by the carrier.

• As part of our commitment to service, we are always here to help and will do our best towards customer satisfaction.

Warranty Return Policy:

• All warranties come under back to base.



• Arvandtech Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loos of data, and it is the responsibility of the customer to have a backup.



• Warranty covers only hardware related problems and does not cover software related problems.



• Any goods returned for repair not found faulty or goods with software related problems or physical damage or damage caused by improper use will not be covered by warranty and will attract charges.



• Once we receive the return items with invoice and return form, our technician will check and informs the estimate time to repair. If it is not repairable, we will replace it (under warranty terms and conditions).



• After 90 days we do not accept any responsibility to keep your item.



• Customer must pay all freight charges for goods being returned.
